LA-BORA! gov, an innovative management laboratory, was the subject of one of the cases in a series of studies by MIT GOV/LAB conducted on how some governments are innovating to make governance more accountable, transparent, and responsive to citizens.

In the case of LA-BORA! gov, the study highlights the work approach of the so-called Free-LAs and the Mobile Team, terms created by the laboratory to simplify and scale work possibilities in the Public Administration without additional costs. The article shows that network collaboration and the creation of psychologically safe environments can support tackling challenges and improving citizens' lives. The goal of sharing this work is to inspire other government institutions worldwide to bet on the potential of collaborative innovation to transform public service.
