LA-BORA! gov receives International Recognition from OECD-OPSI
In August, LA-BORA! gov was highlighted by OECD-OPSI, one of the leading global authorities on public sector innovation.
In August, LA-BORA! gov was internationally recognized as an inspiring innovation by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development - Public Sector Innovation Initiative (OECD-OPSI). Created in 2011, the OECD’s Public Sector Innovation Observatory (OPSI) works with governments, academia, civil society and NGOs around the world to identify innovations in governments and support network builders that connect leaders and professionals from different sectors and from all over the world, aiming to understand and improve their innovation capacity.
OECD-OPSI highlighted LA-BORA! gov for being the first innovation laboratory focused on employee experience that uses innovative approaches to solve complex challenges faced by the government. The laboratory is praised for promoting autonomy, collaboration and excellence in projects that are shaping the future of Brazilian public administration. It also highlights the use of simple and accessible solutions, with actions based on evidence and research that indicate the needs of public servants.
The recognition by OECD-OPSI is a testament to the exemplary work developed by the LA-BORA! gov team in building innovative solutions for the Brazilian public service. With the aim of supporting and inspiring people and agencies to innovate and improve the experience of civil servants, LA-BORA! gov is a leader in government change.
