LA-BORA! gov makes its presence felt at CLAD, the Latin American Center for Administration for Development.
On November 22, 2023, LA-BORA! gov participated in CLAD (Latin American Center for Administration for Development), an international organization aimed at promoting the modernization of the State and public administration in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Minister Esther Dweck of the Ministry of Management and Innovation delivered the opening speech at the congress, emphasizing the role of CLAD in strengthening the State and innovating public administration.
LA-BORA! gov shared practices that highlight people's skills (without ignoring new technologies), support diversity and inclusion, and contribute to making work more productive and healthy.
The panel focused on Creative Bureaucracy: Bridging technology and human skills for the future of the Public Sector, featuring articles such as "Future of public service: using creative bureaucracy to move from pending to trending" by Luana Faria; "Management of future teams: move from the control zone to the management zone" by Júlio César Elpídio de Medeiros and Gabriela Brasil Nascimento; "Will the innovative organizations of the future be more diverse? The challenge of diversity and inclusion in the Brazilian public service" by Marília Mesquita Resende; and "Effectiveness of teams: the role of virtuality" by Juliana Legentil Faria Ferreira.
