SUSEP}{\f1 , na forma do disposto no art. 36, al\'ed neas "b" e "c" do Decreto-Lei n\'ba 73, de 21 de novembro de 1966, considerando o disposto no Decreto n.\'ba 99.704, de 20 de novembro de 1990, e o disposto no Processo SUSEP n.\'b0 10.003507/01-79, \par \~ \par }{\b\f1 R E S O L V E : \par }{\f1 Art. 1\'ba A operacionaliza\'e7\'e3o do Seguro Obrigat\'f3rio de Responsabilidade Civil do Transportador Rodovi\'e1rio em Viagem Internacional (danos a pessoas ou coisas, transportadas ou n\'e3o, \'e0 exce\'e7\'e3o da carga transportada) \endash RCTR-VI, com \'e2mbito de cobertura englobando a Argentina, Bol\'edvia, Chile, Paraguai, Peru e Uruguai, dever\'e1 observar o disposto nesta Circular. \par Art. 2\'ba Aplicam-se ao Seguro RCTR-VI as Condi\'e7\'f5es Gerais e o Conv\'eanio M\'fatuo de que trata a Circular SUSEP n\'ba 8, de 21 de abril de 1989, com a altera\'e7\'e3o introduzida pela Circular SUSEP n\'ba 79, de 9 de fevereiro de 1999. \par \'a71\'b0 Os termos do Conv\'eanio M\'fatuo de que trata o "caput}{\i\f1 " }{\f1 \'e9 de car\'e1ter obrigat\'f3rio, com o objetivo de operacionalizar o processo de regula\'e7\'e3o e liquida\'e7\'e3o dos sinistros ocorridos no pa\'eds estrangeiro. \par \'a72\'b0 O disposto no art. 10 do referido Conv\'eanio M\'fatuo, quanto \'e0 cess\'e3o de 10% em cosseguro, \'e9 de car\'e1ter facultativo. \par Art. 3\'ba As sociedades seguradoras que desejarem operar com o seguro de que trata o artigo anterior dever\'e3o apresentar \'e0 SUSEP, previamente, o seu crit\'e9rio tarif\'e1rio, por meio de Nota T\'e9cnica Atuarial, observando a estrutura\'e7\'e3o m \'ednima prevista em regulamenta\'e7\'e3o espec\'edfica. \par Art. 4\'ba As sociedades seguradoras dever\'e3o encaminhar os dados estat\'edsticos, segmentados pelos fatores tarif\'e1rios utilizados, relativos a cada ano calend\'e1rio, at\'e9 31 de mar\'e7o do ano subsequente, contendo, no m\'ed nimo, as seguintes informa\'e7\'f5es: \par \~I - n\'famero de ve\'edculos segurados; \par II - import\'e2ncia segurada exposta (n\'famero de expostos x import\'e2ncia segurada); \par III - pr\'eamio ganho; \par IV - n\'famero de sinistros ocorridos; e \par V - montante de sinistros ocorridos. \par Par\'e1grafo \'fanico. As estat\'edsticas de que trata o "caput" devem ser apresentadas por meio magn\'e9tico (Arquivo extens\'e3o.MDB). \par Art. 5\'ba Faculta-se a emiss\'e3o de ap\'f3lice \'fanica, envolvendo outros seguros ou coberturas, observada a obrigatoriedade dos seguintes procedimentos: \par I \endash manuten\'e7\'e3o das condi\'e7\'f5es padronizadas de que trata esta norma; e \par II \endash obrigatoriedade de emiss\'e3o de certificado bil\'edng\'fce de seguro, conforme modelo estabelecido no Anexo I, vedada altera\'e7\'e3o no referido modelo. \par Par\'e1grafo \'fanico. A emiss\'e3o de ap\'f3lice envolvendo outros seguros ou coberturas fica condicionada \'e0 possibilidade de emiss\'e3o destes em moeda estrangeira, observadas as normas em vigor. \par Art. 6\'ba A seguradora poder\'e1 emitir uma \'fanica ap\'f3lice para cobertura de mais de um ve\'edculo de um mesmo transportador, devendo ser emitido um certificado de seguro para cada ve\'edculo coberto, previamente a suas respectivas viagens. \par Art. 7\'ba O segurado deve portar o certificado de seguro, em original, com vistas \'e0 comprova\'e7\'e3o de sua contrata\'e7\'e3o \'e0s autoridades de fiscaliza\'e7\'e3o dos pa\'edses envolvidos. \par Art. 8\'ba Faculta-se a inclus\'e3o de condi\'e7\'e3o particular de averba\'e7\'e3o, sendo vedada qualquer condi\'e7\'e3o que implique modifica\'e7\'e3o das condi\'e7\'f5es gerais do seguro ou preju\'edzo da cobertura dos segurados. \par Art. 9\'ba O pagamento e o recebimento dos valores relativos a este seguro dar-se-\'e3o em conformidade com as normas do Banco Central do Brasil para pagamentos e recebimentos dos pr\'eamios e indeniza\'e7\'f5es em moeda estrangeira. \par Art. 10.
