The following procedures are available only to operators flying non Brazilian private aircraft on non-commercial flights.
Foreign private aircraft flying on non-commercial flight must notify ANAC the overflight.The notification is all that is needed for those who want to fly over Brazilian territory and if necessary make only one technical landing.
In this case, the foreign private operator must notify ANAC, through the system https://sistemas.anac.gov.br/SIAVANAC/pouso_sobrevoo/solicitacaosp.asp.
The notification system is automatic, producing an e-mail to the applicant, without any interaction by the interested party with the Agency.
When the foreign private operator wants to make two or more flights in Brazil it is necessary to apply for a Flight Permission issued by ANAC (AVANAC).
