The authorities will hold a bilateral meeting at the Planalto Palace, followed by an act-signing ceremony and a press statement. They will then proceed to Itamaraty Palace for lunch
Vessel is the third built within the scope of ProSub, a program created in 2008 and part of the Strategic Partnership signed between Brazil and France about technology transfer. Ceremony will be held at the Brazilian Navy’s complex in Itaguaí, in the state of Rio de Janeiro
The French leader will hold an agenda in four Brazilian cities until March 28th
