INSURANCE FOR REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY AND GENERAL LIABILITY

The Embassy of Brazil in Washington, D.C. hereby informs interested parties that it will conduct a bidding process, under the criteria of the lowest price and the execution regime of a unit price contract, in accordance with the specifications contained in this notice and its attachments, and in observance of the principles applicable to public contracts and tenders, as provided in § 2 of art. 1 of Brazilian Law No. 14,133, of 2021, and Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ordinance No. 463, of 2023, with the objective being of acquiring a real property and general liability insurance policy for the Embassy and Official Residence.
