Programme to Support the Translation and Publication of Brazilian Authors Abroad 2024-2025

The registration is now open for the Programme to Support the Translation and Publication of Brazilian Authors Abroad.

The Program comprises partial or total funding of expenses for: translation of works by Brazilian authors by non-Portuguese-speaking publishers; editing and printing of works by Brazilian authors by publishers from the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries.

The Notice for Public Call and the Programme Regulation is available in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French at the Fundação Biblioteca Nacional website (www.gov.br/bn).

Proposals will be accepted until October 6th, exclusively by e-mail at translation@bn.gov.br.
