In case of tourist visit, the following documents are required:

- Application form available on the website https://formulario-mre.serpro.gov.br 

- Valid passport

- Previous passport, if any

- A recent, color 3x4 photograph

- Birth certificate and National Identity Card 

- A travel insurance (covering the entire period of intended stay) 

- Document attesting to the activity carried out in Iran (letter from the company where you work and proof of registration with Social Security or proof

  of enrollment at the university/school where you study in Iran)

- Copy of the reservation of the round-trip air tickets to Brazil

- Copy of hotel reservation in Brazil or letter of invitation (the letter of invitation must have address, contact details and authenticated signature of the

  host in Brazil who declares full responsibility for the stay, along with a copy of the host's identification (RG, RNE or VITEM Visa))

- Proof of financial resources (bank statement and bank statement with transactions for the last three months, property deed or other income

  document)

- Minors under 18 years of age traveling unaccompanied by one or both parents must present a notarized letter of parental authorization.

- Visa Fee - US$ 80 (payment must be made in cash)

- All Iranian applicants applying for a visa, should apply 21 working days prior to their travel date.

In case of transit in Brazil, the following documents are required:

- Application form available on the website https://formulario-mre.serpro.gov.br

- Valid passport

- Previous passport, if any

- A recent, color 3x4 photograph

- Birth certificate

- Document attesting to the activity carried out in Iran (letter from the company where you work and proof of registration with Social Security or proof

  of enrollment at the university/school where you study in Iran)

- Copy of the reservation of the round-trip air tickets to Brazil

- Reservation of air tickets for the final destination

- Visa valid for the country of destination, if necessary

- Children under 18 years of age traveling unaccompanied by one or both parents must present a notarized letter of parental authorization.

- Visa Fee - US$ 80 (payment must be made in cash)

In case of a business visit, the following documents are required:

- Valid passport

- Previous passport, if any

- A recent, color 3x4 photograph

- Birth certificate

- Invitation letter from individuals or companies with whom the applicant will maintain contacts in Brazil (invitation letter must have address, contact

  details, CNPJ number and authenticated signature of the host in Brazil)

- Letter from the company or institution attesting to their job position and the purpose of the trip to Brazil, and proof of the employee's registration with

  Social Security

- Proof of financial resources, such as bank statements, or letter from the employing institution or calling company stating that it will cover travel

  expenses

- Copy of the reservation of the round-trip air tickets to Brazil

- Copy of hotel reservation in Brazil

- Visa Fee - US$ 80 (payment must be made in cash)

In case of non-corporate events visit, the following documents are required:

- Application form available on the website https://formulario-mre.serpro.gov.br

- Valid passport

- Previous passport, if any

- A recent, color 3x4 photograph

- Birth certificate

- Document attesting to the activity carried out in Iran (letter from the company where you work and proof of registration with Social Security or proof

  of enrollment at the university/school where you study in Iran)

- Invitation letter of the event with address, date of realization and contact details

- Proof of financial resources, such as bank statements, or letter from the employing or calling institution stating that it will cover travel expenses

- Copy of the reservation of the round-trip air tickets to Brazil

- Copy of hotel reservation in Brazil

- Visa Fee - US$ 80 (payment must be made in cash)

In case of visiting artistic or sports activities (stays of up to 90 days), the following documents are required:

- Application form available on the website https://formulario-mre.serpro.gov.br

- Valid passport

- Previous passport, if any

- A recent, color 3x4 photograph

- Birth certificate

- Letter from the institution or club where you work attesting to your position and the purpose of the trip to Brazil (the invitation letter must have an

  address, contact details and authenticated signature of the chamanate in Brazil)

- Invitation letter from the institution or club with whom the applicant will maintain contacts in Brazil

- Proof of financial resources, such as bank statements, or letter from the employing or calling institution stating that it will cover travel expenses

- Copy of the reservation of the round-trip air tickets to Brazil

- Copy of hotel reservation in Brazil

- Visa Fee - US$ 80 (payment must be made in cash)

• All documents submitted must be translated into English, Portuguese or Spanish.
• Only visa applications whose documentation has been sent digitally through the online form will be processed.
• After completing the electronic form, the electronic system receipt (only the first page) and the original documents, including the applicant's passport, must be delivered to the Consular Section of the Embassy in person from Sunday to Wednesday, from 10:00 to 13:00.
• REFUNDS: There is no refund for the visa application charge, even if your visa application is refused or withdrawn.
