e-VISA for Australians, Canadians and Americans

As of April 10th, 2024, nationals of Australia, Canada, and The United States planning to travel to Brazil will be required to obtain a visitor visa. This visa is necessary for individuals intending to visit Brazil for tourism, business, transit, or other purposes for a duration of up to 90 days.

If you are a citizen of any of these countries, you have the option to request an electronic visa (e-Visa) without the need to visit the Consulate in person. The e-Visa can be obtained by submitting an online application through the official website:

Upon successful processing, the e-Visa will be sent to the applicant's email within a few days.
