The Embassy of Brazil, located at 08 Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Road, New Delhi 110011, is carrying out Public call — Invitation for "Providing House Keeping and Pantry Services" at the Embassy (Chancery and/or Official Residency), as described in the Terms of Reference.

1. Opening and reading

• The present proceeding will be open from 3' of April 2023 till the 10t^h of April 2023.

The proposals must be sent for appreciation of the Embassy of Brazil in New Delhi.

2. Qualification

The invited and those who request this letter of invitation may participate in the process provided they fulfil the following qualification requirements:

• Proven record of providing House Keeping and Pantry Services to reputable clients, preferably Embassies and/or international agencies (at least two suitable customer references);
• Extensive knowledge of the service, tools and equipment in India;
• Signed declaration by the company's legal representative stating that there are no facts impending participation in the invitation process.

3. Submission of documentation

The proposal must be submitted by email (admin.newdelhi@itamaraty.gov.br) in line with the attached Terms of Reference. It must contain at least:

• Pantry and House keeping services as described in the attached Terms of Reference, in line with the gross salaries and the payment conditions mentioned in that document.
• The qualification documents mentioned in item 2 of this notice.

4. Object/purpose

The purpose of this public call is to identify an entity capable of providing house keeping and pantry services at the Embassy of Brazil (Chancery and/or Official Residency), in accordance with the detailed specifications in the Annex.
