Before sending the documents, please make sure that the work and visa approval has been issued for New Delhi. In case it was issued for Mumbai, kindly contact the General-Consulate in Mumbai for the submission of your visa application. Kindly note that the Embassy of Brazil will only be able to process VITEM V applications where the issuance approval has been granted for the New Delhi.
If, for some specific reason, you wish to hand in the documents and get your visa in New Delhi even though the approval was issued for Mumbai, it will be necessary to file for a location transfer with the Ministry of Justice in Brazil. In that case, the Embassy will only be able to analyse and process the visa request after having received the confirmation of the location transfer to New Delhi.
