General Information
- The Consular Section is open to the public from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday (except holidays).
- Services are provided by appointment only through the e-consular system.
- The Embassy of Brazil in Nairobi may only receive service requests from regular passport holders of Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and Somalia, or other citizens who live in those countries and hold a permanent visa/residence permit.
- The Consular Section does not provide translation services.

- All fees charged by the Consular Section are available here.
- The Consular Section does not receive cash payments. All payments must be made via M-PESA or through deposit into a bank account, to be informed during the in-person interview at the Consular Sector.
- On average, the processing of visas may take 10 working days after the date of the appointment.
