Work Visa

All VITEM V applications require prior authorization of applicant’s temporary residence in Brazil from the Brazilian Ministry of Labor.This process is to be initiated by applicant’s employer in Brazil. Only after approval by the Ministry of Labor may the applicant submit his or her VITEM V application to the Embassy.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Passport (valid and signed with at least two blank Visa pages);
• Proof of residence in Zambia or Malawi (National Registration Card or Resident Permit);
• Visa Application Form Receipt (printed and signed)
• Proof of payment of consular fee (USD 100.00) Consular Account Details;
• Passport-style photo (white background);
• Notarized Birth Certificate (original and one copy);
• Notarized Police clearance (recently issued);
