Visit Visa

Important: The applicant is  responsible for his/her application procedures. The Embassy of Brazil in Lusaka does not provide assistance at any phase of the process. The applicants who do not fulfil the minimum visa requirements will not qualify for the interview stage.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Passport (valid and signed with at least two blank pages);
• Proof of residence in Zambia (National Registration Card or Resident Permit);
• Police clearance (recently issued);
• Proof of payment of consular fee (USD 80.00 for Zambians and USD 115.00 for Chinese citizens). Consular account details;
• Visa Application Form Receipt (printed and signed);
• Invitation letter (notarized in Brazil);
• Application letter (company);
• Current bank statement (last three months);
• Copy of debt card;
• Passport-style photo (white background)
• Hotel booking confirmation;
• Flight itinerary;

Documents issued in Malawi shall contain the Apostille to be accepted by the Embassy of Brazil in Lusaka
