APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Visa Application Form Receipt (printed and signed);
• No consular fee is required;
• Passport-style photo (white background);
• Passport (valid and signed with at least two blank pages);
• Invitation letter, if applicable;
• Note Verbal from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Zambian or Malawi (for non-holders of Diplomatic, Official or Service passports);
• Legal proof of guardianship, if applicable;
