Appointment request
In order to request for an appointment, it´s necessary to create an account for the first time you access the platform. Follow the instructions bellow:
1- Access link https://ec-lima.itamaraty.gov.br/ - you may switch to english according the image below:
2- At the first page, select the option in red:
3- Followed by the option "I don´t have an account":
4- Type your e-mail and click "send":
5 - You will receive a 6 digit code in your e-mail from <nao-responda@ec-lima.itamaraty.gov.br> with subject: “e-consular: código de verificação”.
6- Put the 6 digit code that you received in your e-mail and click in "verify”:
7- The next step is to create a new password which will be used to log into the system. The password must have from 6 to 8 characters.Once you enter the new password in both slots, click send:
8- It´s all set! Now you can start your appointment request by clicking in "New Service"
9- Choose the correspondant service, upload the pictures requested and send your application to be analyzed.
10- If it´s approved, you´ ll receive a notification with a link where you can select the date for your appointment.
Remember: it´s mandatory to assist your appointment with all original documents, including payment receipt. In case you choose to request your visa by mail, remember to send all original documents as well.
The appointment is at the Brazilian Embassy in Lima at the following direction: Av. Jose Pardo, 850 - Miraflores.
