The Consular Section telephone is available for simple questions not answered on our website.
Complex demands - issues should be forwarded by e-mail.
The lines are open from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 10 am*.
* From 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, the Consular Section remains entirely dedicated to in-person service (by appointment only).
From 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, the Consular Section is dedicated to answering requests by e-mail, internal processing of consular services and issuing documents requested by the public.
Please note: Before submitting your enquiry, check the information and instructions for each service (required documents, procedures, step-by-step, processing time, etc.) available on our website.
The Consular Section website contains all information necessary for the swift and proper processing of your desired service.
Due to the large congestion of calls, there may be a waiting queue for telephone service. We kindly ask you to contact us primarily by e-mail. E-mails enquiries are answered, on average, within 1 (one) business day.
Important: The Consular Agents who can be reached at this number are not able to give information about consular services that are already being processed.
