ATTENTION:
Before performing an authorization, carefully read the "Rules, information and important notices" section.
Authorization for travel of Brazilian minors (including dual Brazilian-Finnish citizens), both for travelling within Brazilian territory and from Brazil destined abroad can be obtained at the Embassy.
Travel authorization for minors who only have foreign nationality (do not have Brazilian nationality) for travelling within Brazilian territory can only be obtained at DVV-Maistraatti.
More information at Rules, Information and Important Notices.
Only the following can obtain a travel authorization by mail (Posti) at the Embassy:

At the end of the service, a Travel Authorization for Minors will be issued, in two copies and returned by mail using the postal label purchased by the applicant.
Important:
The Embassy does not provide express or urgent services (for example, due to the minor being denied boarding or missed flights in Brazil, due to lack of authorization, pursuant to the Law).
Attention: At the end of the service, the travel authorization is delivered by mail to the applicant in physical format (original document), as determined by the Itamaraty Consular Regulations.
Under no circumstances will the Consular Section of the Embassy send the document electronically, by email or in any other format, to third parties (for example, the parent traveling with the minor, airlines, airport agents, Federal Police stations, police at the airport, etc.).
Under no circumstances may Brazilian Embassies and Consulates abroad interfere with the work of the Federal Police, nor act with that police authority for the release of minors detained at Brazilian airports. The Federal Police fulfills its duty to protect minors by verifying that parents are observing Brazilian law.
