Programme to Support the Translation and Publication of Brazilian Authors Abroad

On September 26th 2023, the Brazilian National Library and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs launched the notice for the Programme to Support the Translation and Publication of Brazilian Authors Abroad.

The Programme will make R$1 million available for international translation and publication projects of works by Brazilian authors previously published in Portuguese in Brazil. The notice will receive registrations until 10/27, via email translation@bn.gov.br. The final result, with the selected publishers, will be published in the Official Gazette (Diário Oficial da União) on 12/04/23.
