1) Can I request a replacement copy of my electoral card, already been transferred to Syria?
Copies of electoral cards are no longer being issued. You can check and confirm your data through the e-Título app or TSE's website.
2) I am seeking information about my electoral card, but I do not have my registration number. How can I find out what my electoral card number is?

3) I have already requested the transfer online. When and how do I know if I have been successful?
Wait 30-45 days from the date you applied. Verify your electoral data via the website www.tse.jus.br (“Título e Local de Votação” - electoral card and polling station) or the e-Título app.
If after this period of time, your electoral domicile informed in the TSE website is not Syria, or if there is no available information about the voter, contact the Foreign Electoral Office in Brasília - CEE - directly to check the status of your application, as you might have to request the electoral card transfer again. 4) I have received an e-mail from the Electoral Register saying my request has been accepted, but when I checked the website and/or app, I still see the previous data. Has there been a mistake?
After the request has been approved by the Electoral Register in Brasilia, it takes some time for the TSE database to be updated. Verify again in 5-7 days to obtain the updated electoral data.
5) Will my passport be issued with reduced validity if my electoral situation is not regular?
During the period of the electoral registry closure (until 3/11/2022), you can either present a certidão circunstanciada or a certidão de quitação eleitoral in order to have your passport issued with full validity. Find information here.
From the 4th of November, 2022, you must present a certidão de quitação eleitoral to have your new passport issued.
It is not possible to request a new passport if you are 18 or older and have not registered as a voter.
6) I have not found the answer to my query. What do I do?
