How to Request
1. Fill in the online passport form, providing all the information requested and uploading all the documents required. At the end, print the Passport Request Form Receipt, sign it and stick a photo of the applicant.
2. Click here to book an appointment.
3. Bring the original documents and the Passport Request Form Receipt to the Embassy on the arranged date. (Please note Its required to provide a copy for each original document) If the application is complete, the consular agent will provide you with the deposit slip for payment. If not, they will ask you to provide further documents within 48 hours.
4. Once the payment is made, you must bring the proof of payment back to the Embassy.
5. Your application will be analised by the Consular authorities in around 30 days maximum.
6. You will then be informed as of when to collect your new passport.
