Humanitarian visas for Ukranian citizens or stateless persons who have been affected or displaced by the conflict in the Ukraine
VITEM III may be granted to nationals and stateless persons who have been affected or displaced as a result of the armed conflict in the Republic of Ukraine.
The following documents are required to apply for VITEM III:
1) Apply for visa through the website: https://formulario-mre.serpro.gov.br
i) after submitting the information, print the generated receipt;
ii) sign and paste a recent color photo, 4x5cm on the document;
iii) present the receipt to the Consular Section of the Embassy;
2) Passport valid for more than 6 (six) months from the date of entry into the country;
3) Certificate of criminal record issued by Ukraine, or if it is impossible to obtain it, a declaration (at the Embassy), under the penalties of the law, of the absence of criminal record in any country;
4) Proof of means of transportation to enter the Brazilian territory.
5) Birth Certificate, or official document showing parents’ names (mother, father).
- When presenting himself for the visa application, the applicant will have his fingerprints electronically collected at the Embassy;
- The visa will be valid for 180 (one hundred and eighty) days with single entry authorization.
- The visa is free of charge.
