- After clicking "Submit," the FCPF document will be generated, which must be signed and includes a nine-digit service code.
2. Passport
3. Birth Certificate
4. Name Change Proof (if applicable)
- Example: Marriage certificate or other document proving the name change.
Procedure
The applicant must register with the e-consular system by creating an account with a login and password, select the desired service "CPF for foreigners", and upload the required documents mentioned above.
Once the application is submitted through e-consular, the applicant must wait a few days for the application to be validated by the Consular Section. After the validation, he/she can make an appointment to bring the original documents in person.
Appointment
The CPF must be applied for in person by the foreign national. No one else can represent the applicant during this procedure. In addition, it is not necessary for a Brazilian to accompany the foreigner during the appointment.
On the appointment day, do not forget to bring the following required documentation:

- Copy of birth certificate
- Proof of name change (if applicable)
The CPF is generated during the appointment.
Attention:
If there is a need to regularize or make changes to the CPF, the foreigner will have to contact the Receita Federal directly.
