Birth certificate

In the absence of the full birth certificate, the applicant may submit another official document that contains the parents’ full names.

Background check, police clearance or similar documents, issued by the competent authorities.

The documents are valid for up to 3 months from the date of issue.

Please note that if the applicant has lived in multiple countries within the last 12 months, a police check from each country of residence must be provided. They must also be duly legalised (contain an apostille) by the competent authority in the issuing country and, if necessary, translated by a certified translator. 

Unless you are a national of one of those countries.

You must submit documents that prove your legal residence in Cambodia, Laos, or Thailand, such as work permit, house registration or similar documents.

• Proof of means of transportation for entry and, when applicable, for exit from the Brazil
• Cooperation agreement, memorandum of understanding, additional protocol, or equivalent document that explicitly mentions the arrival of the immigrant
• Proof of qualifications and professional experience compatible with the activity to be performed in Brazil
• Invitation to the interested party, which includes reference to the conditions of stay, the activity to be undertaken, and the intended duration, as well as a declaration that there will be no remuneration from a source located in Brazil.

• Document issued by the media organization to which the interested party is affiliated, explicitly stating:
  i. the name and nature of the company's activities;
  ii. a description of the activities to be performed; and
  iii. the address and location of the office to which they will be linked in Brazil
• Proof that the remuneration will be fully paid by a source outside Brazil
• When it involves filming, recording, or capturing moving images, with or without sound, for a commercial purpose or an advertisement, the visa application must also include proof of filming authorization issued by the National Film Agency (Ancine)
• When it involves activities in indigenous areas or environmental preservation areas that require authorization from competent authorities in Brazil, the Brazilian production company must present a declaration stating that the immigrant will only carry out activities after obtaining the required authorization

• Proof of means of transportation for entry and, when applicable, for exit from the national territory
• Proof of the acquisition by a foreign company of machines, equipment, and other goods produced entirely or partially in national territory
• Proof of the relationship between the immigrant and the foreign company
• A simplified training plan specifying the immigrant's professional qualifications, the scope of the training, its method of execution, the location where it will be conducted, and the duration of the training
• A declaration from the Brazilian company that produces the machine, equipment, or other goods entirely or partially in national territory, stating that the immigrant's remuneration will come from a source outside Brazil.
