Working procedures during the pandemic
In the current context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Consular Section of the Embassy of Brazil in Abu Dhabi has adapted its work protocols in order to comply with the safety standards of the health authorities of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Please read carefully the following instructions, which must be observed by anyone who enter the premises of the Embassy.

To enter the Embassy, you must present an active Green Pass (green screen) through the mobile application "Al Hosn". If your status screen is grey or red, you will not be allowed to enter the Embassy, even if you have made an appointment and/or a payment of a consular service.

All consular services depend on prior appointment (for more information, click here). People who come to the Embassy without holding a copy of the appointment confirmation email will not be received and will be asked to leave immediately.

The applicant for consular services may not enter the Embassy accompanied by family and friends, who will have to wait outside.

Everyone will be submitted to a temperature check at the entrance. Anyone with a body temperature of 37.8ºC or more will not be allowed to enter the Embassy.

The Embassy may refuse entry to anyone displaying symptoms of COVID-19.

The maximum capacity of the Embassy is of 8 (eight) people during the pandemic. After reaching this limit, no one will be allowed to enter the Embassy anymore, even those who have scheduled an appointment.

The use of masks is mandatory at the Embassy.

After entering the Embassy, the applicant must wait for his appointment at the location indicated by the clerks of the Consular Sector.

The use of cell phones is prohibited at the Embassy, and conversations should be limited to the strictly necessary.
