HOW TO GET A PASSWORD TO ACCESS THE E-CONSULAR
REQUESTING SERVICES USING THE E-CONSULAR
INTRODUCTION
The e-consular is the new consular service request system of the Embassy of Brazil in Abu Dhabi.
Before starting your online request, check, on this website, the documentation required for your service.
You will only be able to schedule an appointment after providing, through the e-consular system, all documents and forms required for each service, as well as uploading copies of those documents, whenever requested. The Embassy will then perform a preliminary assessment of your documents and information and, if there are no major issues, you will receive, within a few days, a message informing you to access the e-consular again to schedule an appointment. (NOTE: this prior assessment does not necessarily mean that your request will be approved, which will depend on the final analysis that will be done on the day of the appointment).
On your appointment, it is mandatory to present the originals of all documents whose copies were previously sent through the e-consular.
Requests for services that are not made and validated through the e-consular system will not be processed by the Embassy.
ADVANTAGES OF THE NEW SYSTEM
The main advantage of the new e-consular system is to reduce the chances that, due to problems in the documentation, you fail to obtain the document/service that you need from the Embassy; in other words, that you have a "wasted trip".
The prior analysis of your documentation through the e-consular greatly increases the chances that your document will be delivered on the day of your appointment, and also enables a faster and more effective service.
The system is extremely simple to use and was designed to be used by anyone, even those without much experience with computers or smartphones.
With the e-consular system, your service will be faster, safer and more efficient!
HOW TO OBTAIN A PASSWORD TO ACCESS THE E-CONSULAR
To obtain a password to access the e-consular, click here. If you have a CPF, login to the e-consular must be done through your Gov.br password. If you still do not have a Gov.br password, click on the link "Enter with GOV.BR" at the end of the page and then click on the corresponding link to register a new password. If, however, you do not have a CPF number, you should, at the bottom of the page, access the link "click here to enter with email and password".
During your application, follow carefully the instructions and fill in the forms correctly and without abbreviations. Make sure the informed email address is correct, as a message will be sent to it in order to complete your registration. In the end, if you have not received the email with the access code, check your spam box and, if you still cannot find the message, try repeating your registration with another email address.
REQUESTING SERVICES USING THE E-CONSULAR

On the Brazilian Consular Service page, choose “United Arab Emirates” from the list of countries, and then click on the “request services” link just below “Embassy in Abu Dhabi”.
You will automatically be forwarded to the "New Service" page, where you can make your request. Click on the "Start" button next to the desired service.
Read carefully the instructions and fill in all fields with the information required. Upload copies of the required documentation whenever prompted to do so. To avoid delays, make sure the copies are legible; if possible, use a scanner. At the end, click on “Next step”.
After filling in all the information, a review page will appear. Read carefully each entry and make any corrections required. If everything is correct, submit the application for validation by clicking on the green button at the bottom of the page.
After submitting your request, your browser will display a message such as this:
Within 5 (five) business days, you will receive an email, either authorizing your appointment, either requesting corrections or additional data. If you have received a message informing of pending issues regarding your documentation, you must access the e-consular again, make the corrections required and, finally, submit again your request for validation.
If no pending issues were identified during the pre-analysis, you will receive a new message with a link to access our appointment booking platform. Make an appointment and, on the chosen day, be at the Embassy 15 (fifteen) minutes before your scheduled time, carrying all the documents required for your service, in accordance with the instructions of this website. Remember that even if you sent, via the e-consular, the copies of your documents, you are not exempt you presenting its originals on the day of the service.
Do not go to the Embassy of Brazil without first receiving your booking confirmation email.
