Request for Proposal n. 02/2024 - Medical, vision, and dental insurance for the locally hired staff in the United States

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federative Republic of Brazil, represented by the Brazilian Financial Office (BFO), will carry out an acquisition process, through the sealed bid method of contracting, on the basis of the lowest total price, and in full compliance with the pertinent legislation, the United States federal law and the State of New York law, and in accordance with the specifications established in this notice, observing the principles established for Brazilian public contracts, as provided in article 1, § 2^nd, of the Law no. 14,133, of April 1^st, 2021, and in the Posts Administration Guide. The purpose of this acquisition process is to contract medical, vision, and dental insurance for the locally hired staff at the offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federative Republic of Brazil in the United States and their dependents.
