Request for Proposal no. 03/2024 - Vehicle Leasing, Maintenance and Fleet Management in the United States

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federative Republic of Brazil, represented by the Brazilian Financial Office (BFO), will conduct a bidding process under the criterion of the lowest overall price, in accordance with applicable legislation, U.S. federal law, and as per the specifications contained in this RFP and its appendices, adhering to the principles applicable to Brazilian public procurement as provided in § 2 of Article 1 of Law No. 14,133, of 2021, and Ordinance No. 463, of 2023, of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil.
