Visa fees

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

• By money order: The money order must be purchased in advance at any Canada Post Office for the values indicated in the table below. The money order must be payable to 'Consulate General of Brazil in Vancouver'. The Canada Post office may charge additional fees. If the service request is made by mail, the postal order must be sent in the envelope along with the rest of the required documentation. If the service is requested in person, the postal order must be handed directly to the consular agent during the appointment, in addition to the remaining required documentation.
• By certified cheque: The certified cheque must be requested in advance to your bank for the values indicated in the table below. The certified cheque must be payable to 'Consulate General of Brazil in Vancouver'. Some banks may charge additional fees. If the service request is made by mail, the certified cheque must be sent in the envelope along with the rest of the required documentation. If the service is requested in person, the certified cheque must be handed directly to the consular agent during the appointment, in addition to the remaining required documentation.
• By Interac e-transfer: Payments via Interac e-transfer must be made to pagamento.vancouver@itamaraty.gov.br to the Consulate General of Brazil. When sending the Interac e-transfer, it is mandatory to provide in the message which type of visa is being requested, the quantity and the full name of the applicant(s). These pieces of information are essential to correctly link the payment to the e-consular request.

  IMPORTANT: Visa fees are non-refundable.
