Electronic visa (e-Visa)
For travelers from Australia, Canada and the US

As of December 1st 2023, citizens from Australia, Canada and the United States who plan on traveling to Brazil from January 10 2024 may apply for an electronic visa (e-visa) using the new online platform.
This procedure exempts the applicant from going to a Brazilian consulate. There is also no need to make appointments to deliver documents, affix physical visas, and hand passports.
The application may be done quickly and easily at https://brazil.vfsevisa.com/ with a total cost of US$ 80.90. The e-Visas will be multiple-entry ones, with the same validity as the physical visa.
