e-Consular booking system

e-Consular is the service request system used by the Consulate-General of Brazil in Tokyo and by Brazilian consulates in other countries.

1	Verify and have at hand the necessary documentation for the service you wish to request.
2	Fill in all the information and attach the required documents.
3	Wait for the Consulate to analyze the process.
4	After the analysis, it may be necessary to add or modify information and/or documents, according to the request received by the system.
5	If everything is OK, you may either book a face-to-face appointment at the Consulate or send the documents by mail.
6	Go to the Consulate on the chosen date with the originals of all documents attached to the application. If applying by mail, follow the instructions received for sending the documents.

⚠️ It is strictly necessary to schedule any and all services in the e-Consular system before going to the Consulate.

Fewer lost trips to the consulate due to showing up with incomplete documentation or sending the documentation by mail several times for the same reason.
More services performed on the day of scheduling, and faster and more efficient service.
In the case of mailed applications, fewer applications are returned for insufficient documents.
