US passports exempt of visa to travel to Brazil until April 10, 2024

Please be informed that the visa exemption for U.S. nationals traveling to Brazil will expire on April 10, 2024. After this date, all U.S. passport holders will be required to obtain a visa to travel to Brazil. If your entry is before January 10, 2024, you are permitted to remain for the duration of your trip without a visa, even if your departure occurs after this date. 

The virtual platform for requesting and issuing electronic visas (e-Visas) for citizens of Australia, Canada, and the United States is available to users at the electronic address https://brazil.vfsevisa.com/.
