REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (“RFP”) No. 5/2024

The Federal Republic of Brazil, represented by the Consulate General of Brazil in Miami, established
at 3150 SW 38th Avenue, Suite 100, Miami-FL, makes public to all interested parties that, by this
instrument, it opens the bidding process to receive proposals from the companies interested in
performing the services object of the present RFP and its Annexes, under the submission of prices
modality (“tomada de preços’”), on the basis of the lowest global price, which shall comply with the
precepts of the Brazilian public law, especially Ordinance No. 463/2023, the Guide for Post
Administration (GAP) of the Ministry of External Relations, the federal laws of the United States of
America, the laws of the State of Florida and also the conditions and requirements set forth in this
instrument and its Annexes.
