Who is the Consul General?

Ambassador João Alfredo dos Anjos Júnior has a degree in Law from the Recife Faculty of Law and a Master's in History from the Federal University of Pernambuco. He began his diplomatic career in 1994. He served Brazil in Italy, Venezuela, Argentina, France and Chile. At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Brasilia, he worked in the areas of administration, protocol, press, parliamentary relations, defense and strategic matters.

In Buenos Aires, he served at the Consulate General of Brazil, dedicated to the sector of assistance to Brazilian citizens.

Professor of Diplomatic Language at the Rio Branco Institute, he is a member of the Editorial Board of the Alexandre de Gusmão Foundation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
