Visitor Visa (VIVIS)
Tourism, business and other short-term activities
The visitor visa allows a stay of up to 90 days in Brazil. The holder of a VIVIS is not allowed to exercise paid activities. A VIVIS may be issued for travelers with the following purposes: tourism, business, transit, artistic or sports activities, study (short courses), volunteer work, or to attend conferences, seminars or meetings, among other purposes - provided there is no remuneration in Brazil and the stay does not exceed 90 days.
Turkish citizens are not required to hold a VIVIS for traveling to Brazil and staying there up to 90 days with the above-mentioned purposes. Once in Brazil, you may request an extension of this period to the Federal Police, as long as your stay does not exceed 180 days in a one year.
