Passport (Lost, Stolen)

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Consulate General of Brazil in Istanbul can issue a passport to replace a lost, stolen or damaged travel document upon presentation of supporting documentation. Before going to the Consulate General, the applicant must submit a request via the platform https://ec-istambul.itamaraty.gov.br/.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1 - File a police report with the local police.

2 - Fill out a form for a lost, stolen, misplaced or destroyed travel document.
