Applicants must finalize both steps below:
Step 1: Online Application Form
The visa application must be filled out online. Click on the link to fill out your visa request form: https://formulario-mre.serpro.gov.br
Step 2: e-Consular System
Submit your application to book visa collection via the e-consular: https://ec-capetown.itamaraty.gov.br. A link to choose date and time will only be emailed once application is analyzed and approved.
Required documents

| 2. | ID photo | The picture must be recent, 3.5 x 4.5cm, in color against a white, plain background. The applicant’s face must be centred in the frame and looking straight at the camera with no tilt. The facial expression must be neutral. |
