How to apply
1. CPF online application form, found here: http://www.receita.fazenda.gov.br/Aplicacoes/ATCTA/CpfEstrangeiro/fcpfIng.asp. A protocol (FCPF) will be issued which must be presented to the consular agent.
2. With the required documents in hand, submit the application for the service via the e-consular platform: https://ec-capetown.itamaraty.gov.br
Required documents
| 1. | Receita Federal's protocol (FCPF) | If unable to print, write down the service code. |
| 2. | Original identification document | For Brazilian citizens, the identity card or any other document containing name of parents. For foreigners, valid passport and unabridged birth certificate. |
| 3. | For personal information update | Document confirming information change |
