e-Consular System

The e-Consular system is a modern web-based tool that can be accessed by any device with an internet connection, including smartphones, computers, laptops, and tablets. The platform is a webpage, so there is no need to install any software or download any application. The system is simple and user-friendly, so even inexperienced applicants can request services online. The system's main advantage is reducing the chances of a wasted a trip to the Consulate, as it prevents applicants from showing up with incomplete documentation or sending incomplete documentation by mail.

The system is required both for face-to-face assistance at the Consulate's facilities and for services provided by mail. The e-Consular will conduct an electronic pre-analysis of the documentation required for the desired consular service and notify the applicant through e-mail when the verification is complete. Only after being notified that the Consulate staff has analyzed and validated the documentation, the applicant can schedule a face-to-face service or send his request by mail.
