E-Título (Online Voter ID)

By the power of TSE Resolution 23.554/2017, physical voter cards are no longer issued to voters registered abroad.

Voters registered abroad must download the E-Titulo app.

E-Titulo is a smartphone App for digital voter cards. It allows quick and easy access to the voter's information. It presents data such as polling place, registration status, as well as the Voter's Clearance Receipt.

The app can be downloaded to a smartphone or tablet on the ioS or Android platforms. After downloading it, just enter your personal data.

As biometric services abroad are not yet set up, voters registered abroad must always present an official photo ID when using the E-Titulo.
