Situation in Israel and Palestine. Repatriation of Brazilians.
The first repatriation flight, with 211 passengers, landed in Brasília in the early hours of today, October 11. Out of this total, 104 people continued on two Brazilian Air Force planes to Galeão Air Base in Rio de Janeiro.
The second repatriation flight departed from Tel Aviv at approximately 12:30 PM (Brasília time) with 214 passengers, including 5 infants and 4 pets. The landing is scheduled for the early hours of Thursday at Galeão Air Base. More flights are planned until the end of the weekend.
Repatriation candidates are being accommodated based on priority criteria. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterates the guidance that all nationals with airline tickets or the means to acquire them should board commercial flights from Ben-Gurion Airport.
The Brazilian government once again advises against any non-essential travel to the region.
