Angola, Australia, South Korea, the United Kigdom and Malaysia open their markets for Brazilian agricultural products
The Brazilian government welcomed the announcements of health approvals made by Angola and South Korea for the import of macadamia nuts from Brazil, by Australia and the United Kingdom for the import of processed macadamia nuts, and by Malaysia for the import of pork and offal.
These market openings will help increase trade flow with these five important destinations, reaffirming international confidence in Brazil's health control system.
With these authorizations, the Brazilian agribusiness sector obtained its 127th market opening tin 2024, totaling 205 openings across 60 destinations since the beginning of 2023.
The openings are the result of joint efforts between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MRE) and the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (Mapa).
