Project to expand JBRJ's biological collections gets YouTube video

The Rio de Janeiro Botanical Garden was selected for the 08/2020 announcement of the Carlos Chagas Filho Foundation for Research Support in the State of Rio de Janeiro - Faperj, for the project "Expansion and digitization of the largest botanical collection in South America: building subsidies for the conservation of plant diversity in Rio de Janeiro and Brazil", and recorded the development of the project in images and interviews.

The funds received were used to expand the storage capacity and waterproof the roof of the Herbarium, for the work of Faperj fellows in the Biological Collections and for new equipment.
