Marcos Ariel and Roberto Marques present Jobim classics at Domingo no Jardim

Pianist, singer and composer from Rio de Janeiro, Marcos Ariel brings to Domingo no Jardim, on the 22nd, a show marked by the diversity and originality of composer Tom Jobim. Together with drummer and music producer Roberto Marques, the duo will perform classics such as Águas de Março, Luiza, Desafinado, Samba do Avião, Triste and Garota de Ipanema.

Performing original arrangements recorded on his CDs “Piano with Tom Jobim and Alone With Jobim,” Marcos Ariel gives an original reading of bossa nova. In the show, he will also pay a special tribute to Johnny Alf, considered the “Pope of Bossa Nova” with whom he played at the beginning of his career.
