GEF Terrestrial opens applications for 13 research grants at the Rio de Janeiro Botanical Garden
The Conservation, Restoration and Management Strategies for the Biodiversity of the Caatinga, Pampa and Pantanal Project (GEF Terrestrial) is open for applications for 13 research grants in partnership with the National Center for Flora Conservation (CNCFlora/JBRJ), aimed at supporting the implementation of actions aimed at:
- Drawing up and publishing National Action Plans for the Conservation of Endangered Species (PANs);
- Implementing strategic actions and monitoring the PANs;
- Development of JBRJ systems and databases for integration;
- Assessment of the conservation status of species of Brazilian flora;
The call will receive applications until March 21, 2024 and questions can be sent until March 12 to the e-mail bolsas.gefterrestre@funbio.org.br
