Inside the Garden

This course was designed with the purpose of building an efficient integration process of new employees to the institution, providing a perception of involvement and belonging, facilitating their adaptation to the institution and positively impacting their performance.

Teachers: Leandro Freitas, Marco Antônio de Andrade, Marcos André Gaspar, Renato Crespo (JBRJ directors), CGP coordination, and the collaboration of those responsible for the sectors.

Target audience: Januario de Janeiro Botanical Garden's employees (competitive examinations, nomination and moved) and recently hired employees.
