Process management of Technical Cooperation Agreements

ENBT, in the scope of the Escola Jardim program, invites all public servants, commissioned and collaborators to participate in the course on Process Management of Technical Cooperation Agreements. In the course, the flow of processes of institutional partnerships will be presented with the sharing of good management practices inherent to this work, aiming at better integration between the units acting in any instance in cooperation with the JBRJ.

Objective:
This course is derived from the need to implement improvements in management processes based on direct involvement in the training process of public agents. The development proposed by the operational instrumental training aims to multiply institutional knowledge with gains in efficiency and effectiveness in work processes.
