International treaties

Ordinance INPI No. 348 of October 9, 2020 - Regulates the procedures related to the control of the payment of the annual fees for the applications or patents pending more than one annual fee.
Ordinance INPI No. 302 of August 18, 2020 - Regulates the procedures related to the request for reopening of the patent application, in case the examination is not applied for, and to the request for rehabilitation of the patent application or of the patent, in case of failure to pay the annual fee within the legal term.
