How to proceed in case of unavailable documents?

If you cannot find a document of interest in the system, the user can request to INPI, free of charge, its availability.
To do so, send an email to the address copdocpat@inpi.gov.br, indicating the number of application (or of its documents) which availability is sought. The interested party shall be notified by email (to the same address used for the request) when the document is available at BuscaWeb.
